I have recently discovered this site and it is absolutely brilliant! Stephen Wiles has created lots of music theory content to help you pass your grade 5 theory. This would be number 1 of my recommended music theory resources.

2. Toby Rush

Completely free, super cool posters to download on so many aspects of music theory.

3. Muted.io

This resource is great for learning the key signatures and their use in scales and intervals.

4. 8Notes

Lots of fabulous and free music theory help

5. Musica

Brilliant, completely free website with loads of interactive exercises to help you with music theory. 

6. Music Theory Online

This is literally a one stop shop for lessons on every music theory grade. There are some free of charge aspects to this but for most things you do have to pay. However, this is money well spent.

7. Name that Note Game

You can use the resources I have created to help you to learn your music notes and then test your knowlege with this game. Many of my students use this resource to test their speed when trying to recognise music notes.
