Grade 5 Theory – Rhythm
This chapter introduces irregular time signatures at grade 5 level. You need to be able to:
– Rewrite rhythms in simple and compound time (revision)
– Irregular time signatures of 5/4, 7/4, 5/8 and 7/8
– Grouping in irregular time signatures
– Quintuplets and sextuplets
